The Andalusian company Inmobiliaria del Sur (Insur) has acquired a more than 15,000-m2 plot of land with 11,000 m2 of buildable area in the Madrid municipality of Valdemoro. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The project is the group’s second investment in this municipality, where it is completing the construction of another, 53-villa development, which has been sold in its entirety.
The development, called Jardines del Olivar, will be located in the El Restón area of Valdemoro. The project was designed by the CBB architecture studio and consists of single-family homes that are efficient and sustainable, situated on large private plots combined with landscaped communal areas.
