Another plot for Inbisa. The real estate developer has purchased land for residential use in Castellar del Vallés, a town located in the Vallés Occidental area of Barcelona. With an investment of more than 30 million euros, the project will consist of the construction of a series of residential buildings comprising more than 130 homes.
The acquired plot is located on Ronda Tolosa in Castellar del Vallés and spans a total surface area of more than 5,500 square metres. Inbisa’s plan is to build several buildings with three and five floors comprising homes with two, three and four bedrooms, as well as terraces, penthouses with a solarium and ground floor homes with private gardens. In addition, the complex will have a large central garden area, with a swimming pool and children’s playground.
