Artesys Promotion is developing «Les Terrasses du Castellas,» a mixed-use residence in Vauvert, comprising 23 units ranging from 50 m² two-bedroom apartments to 76 m² three-bedroom duplexes with outdoor spaces. The project aims to accommodate families, seniors, and young professionals in the city center, as reported by Lesechos.
The development is part of Vauvert’s strategy to revitalize housing and the city center, offering a diverse range of housing options and proximity to essential amenities, shops, and public services.
The residence will be built on the site of a former Ecomarché supermarket that remained abandoned for years. By rehabilitating the site, Artesys Promotion contributes to limiting urban sprawl and adhering to regulations on minimal artificialization. The company is also involved in another project in Vauvert, the «Clos de Gandar,» a 52-unit intergenerational residence, set to be completed by the end of 2024.
