The Socimi Advero Properties has taken advantage of the favourable wind that has blown in the real estate sector for much of the year to double practically all of its indicators: from its turnover to the number of buildings and homes in its portfolio.
In this way, the real estate investment company, which is listed on BME Growth, acquired 10 new buildings between January and July of this year, taking its portfolio to 21 buildings with a total of 332 homes located in the Barcelona metropolitan area as well as in the cities of Madrid, Málaga and Córdoba.
