
The Impar real estate group, owned by Latin American investors and led in Spain by Roberto Perri, has expanded its commitment to the Spanish residential market, where it arrived 7 years ago with the aim of investing in luxury housing.
Since then the company has invested 80 million euros in more than a dozen luxury projects in Madrid capital (where it has built around 100 homes), a figure that will now increase to 120 million euros thanks to the launch of 3 new projects, two in the Spanish capital and another in Ibiza, says El Confidential.
