Proptech acquisition. The real estate portal Idealista has completed the acquisition of the real estate startup Inmovilla, as reported on its own website.
Inmovilla is a specialist in the management of real estate solutions and is a supplier of real estate CRM, web pages and management tools for APIs. The proptech has 25 workers and 4,000 clients in Spain. Inmovilla will maintain its independence and its CEO, Raul Segovia, will remain in his role.
