The international management company IBA Capital Partners is finalising the renovation of the Nodo office building, with the execution of the renovation of its façade, following the internal work led by the studio AXIS Arquitectura.
In total, it is estimated that around 45 million euros has been invested in the repositioning of the building. IBA Capital was founded and is managed by Thierry Julienne (ex Auguste Thouard) and Jesús Valderrama. The firm owns a multitude of corporate headquarters such as the Vodafone Building, located at 115 Avenida de América, the Manoteras leisure park, also located in the Spanish capital, and this property.
