The real estate investment fund managers IBA Capital and Angelo Gordon have put up for sale their Nodo office building, located next to Madrid Barajas Airport, according to El Confidencial.
The sales process is being coordinated by BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL. The owners hope to receive offers in the region of 70 million euros.
