The investment manager IBA Capital has acquired the former headquarters of Isban, an office building located in the municipality of Las Rozas, Madrid.
The French private equity firm acquired the asset from the family office Naropa Capital, owned by the Fernández Fermoselle family, which founded the Valladolid-based real estate company Parquesol.
The property, with an aboveground surface area of 10,578 m2, was recently refurbished, in a project by the Lamela Arquitectos studio. The building has been leased in its entirety to Vector ITC, under a long-term contract.
