
The online platform Housell, owned by Cerberus, has increased its losses by almost 20% in the last year, to 12.56 million euros, as reflected in the accounts filed with the Mercantile Registry and reported by Cinco Días.
Nevertheless, the company has doubled its turnover to 6.8 million euros. The proptech explains the increase in its losses as being due to increased costs given that Housell has invested 9.7 million euros in advertising and its salary expenses have risen to 6.1 million euros.
