The residential market has been one of the segments that has best withstood the impact of the pandemic in Spain. Nevertheless, the outbreak of Covid did lead to a halt in the stabilisation that the sector had been experiencing in recent years.
The price of housing closed 2020 up by 1.9%, whilst this year, growth of 0.5% is forecast, according to the IX edition of the ‘Residential market in Spain’ report prepared by Servihabitat Trends.
