House sales are continuing to grow, according to the Colegio of Registrars. Between January and March, 164,299 home sales were registered in the property registries, up by 14.1% compared to the previous quarter.
In terms of new homes, 32,316 sales were registered (up by 13.2% compared to the previous quarter). Meanwhile, 131,983 second-hand homes were sold, which represented a quarterly increase of 14.3%.
