
According to data from the College of Registrars, the total number of sales registered in November 2020 compared to the same month in 2019 increased by 6.2%, whereby reversing the fall recorded in October. The rise was similar to that registered in September, when house sales increased by 5.3%, the first positive value since the outbreak of the pandemic.
House sales also increased by 3.5% in November in annual terms, after falling in October (by -13.4%). This latest data from the housing sector stands out because it is the first positive annual variation since the start of the pandemic.
