House sales in Spain are continuing to grow. Specifically, they increased by 19.2% between February 2021 and February this year, to reach 55,524 sales. On the other hand, the granting of mortgage loans for the purchase of homes grew by 8.2% and the constitution of new companies rose by 0.2%.
Prices also increased by 7.9% year-on-year during the same period, to stand at 1,541 euros per square meter, on average, according to data from the General Council of Notaries.
