House sales are continuing to register significant increases in the Spanish market. In this way, in January 2022, 49,529 homes were sold, almost 12,000 operations more than during the same month in 2021, according to data published yesterday by the College of Registrars.
In aggregate terms, total real estate sales in Spain, which have increased significantly over the past year, once again registered a positive performance in January 2022 compared to the same period a year earlier. Specifically, 77,334 operations were carried out in January 2021, a figure that increased to 99,614 in January of this year, up by more than 22,200 operations.
