The price of new and second-hand housing in Spain increased by 6.5% YoY in February 2022, as reported by the appraisal firm Tinsa on Friday.
House prices in Spain’s provincial capitals and large cities rose by 5.4% compared to the second month of last year, whilst prices on the Mediterranean coast increased by 7.3%. In addition, house prices on the islands rose by 6.7% and in metropolitan areas by 7.6%. In other municipalities, namely, in smaller towns inland and along the Atlantic coast, house prices increased by 7.5%.
