
During the third quarter of the year, house prices amounted to 1,387 euros per square metre, down by 2.8% compared to the same period a year earlier. In this way, the downward trend in the value per square metre that began in the second quarter was consolidated, according to Gesvalt.
In the same way, Gesvalt’s research reveals a 25.1% decrease in sales during the first seven months of the year compared to the same period in 2019.
