Hotels and logistics are basking in their high rates of profitability. These two real estate sectors offered the highest returns in Spain in 2022: the hotel sector generated returns of more than 4.75% and the logistics sector returns of more than 4.25%.
That is one of the conclusions of the Investment Guide in Socimis and Sigis 2023 report prepared by Prime Yield, a firm specialising in the valuation of real estate assets and loans for investment funds and banking entities integrated into Gloval, together with the law firm DLA Piper.
