The hotel sector is closing the first quarter of the year on a high. Real estate investment in this type of asset has amounted to 1 billion euros since January, a record figure in the historical series.
“In a normal year in Spain, the annual hotel investment figure amounts to between 2 and 3 billion euros. We are back to normality, which is key for hotel investors,» says Laura Hernando, Managing Director of Hotels at the consulting firm Colliers.
