The insurance company Hermandad Nacional de Arquitectos (HNA) is going to become the main shareholder of the Socimi Advero Properties with a stake of 18.9%.
The Socimi carried out a capital increase amounting to 10 million euros at the end of 2020. The Shareholders have authorised the company to undertake a second capital increase in 2022 amounting to 679,576 new shares with a nominal value of 5.00 euros per share and a share premium of between 4.30 euros and 7.00 euros per share. This increase will take place during the first quarter of 2022.
