The HM Hospitales group has agreed to acquire an almost 20,000m2 plot of land in the so-called Nuevo Desarrollo de Tres Cantos, in the northern part of the municipality of Madrid.
The HM Health Care complex will house a general medical-surgical hospital with all medical specialities – including paediatric care – and a state-of-the-art surgical block, ICU, 24-hour emergency room, laboratory, hospital pharmacy. All of its processes will be fully digitalised.
The other part of the HM socio-health complex will be made up of a new residence for senior citizens in Valdeluz.
Construction on the Tres Cantos complex will begin in the second half of 2022, with an estimated opening date of the end of 2023. The initial planned investment is estimated at around 40 million euros.
