Hines, the international real estate firm specialising in real estate investment, development and management, is consolidating its position in the thriving Spanish logistics sector. The firm has acquired, through its Hines European Core Fund (HECF), a logistics property in Castellar del Vallès, in the province of Barcelona.
The asset has a total surface area of 49,231 square metres and is very well connected thanks to its strategic location near the AP-7 motorway and the main logistics corridor in Barcelona.
