Henderson Park, the pan-European private equity real estate fund, and Hines, the international real estate firm, have sold the building located on Carrer Veneçuela number 108, in Barcelona’s 22 @ district, to Perial Asset Management through a forward funding agreement worth 30.6 million euros.
In 2018, the two companies acquired the land as part of the purchase of a larger plot on which they are also building a 750-bed student residence.
