The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Sevilla (APS) has approved an administrative concession for a duration of 20 years, extendable for five more years, to the construction company Heliopol to build a logistics platform.
The platform will be built on a plot spanning more than 5,800 square meters that is already home to a 3,048 m2 warehouse. The plot is located next to the Carretera de la Esclusa, close to the Astilleros industrial estate.
