In 2020, Haya Real Estate’s revenues decreased by 40% to 177 million euros, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the servicer’s activity improved during the second half of the year, the health crisis still had a strong impact on its full year results.
At the end of the year, the volume of transactions in which it had acted as the intermediary amounted to 2.4bmillion euros, compared to 5 billion euros in 2019. On the other hand, its assets under management reached 32.3 billion euros in 2020, similar to the figure registered the previous year, when they amounted to 33.9 billion euros.
