
Haya Real Estate, a Spanish real estate and financial asset and debt management company, has launched a campaign entitled ‘Kilometre 0’ comprising more than 3,400 “almost new” homes for sale at second-hand prices. Some of the properties have common areas or outdoor spaces.
The campaign from the servicer controlled by Cerberus covers the entire country although the highest concentration of homes is in Andalucía with 1,758 properties; Cataluña, with 1,640 and the Community of Valencia with 672.
