A new contract has been awarded to one of the servicers. Haya Real Estate has secured a contract to manage two portfolios of REO assets proceeding from Cerberus and the FROB.
In total, the portfolios contain 6,400 assets, with a nominal value that could exceed 500 million euros, according to El Economista and confirmed by Brainsre.news.
