
For the second time in a row, the Ministry of Finance has not received any offers in the public auction of its star property. The office building spans more than 44,000 square metres and has almost 400 parking spaces, along with commercial premises spanning almost 1,500 square metres.
Hacienda already tried to divest the asset, located at number 50 Calle María de Molina in Madrid, last year through an auction, but it did not receive any offers from interested buyers, according to El Confidencial.
