The German company Habyt and the fund Eneas Alternative Investments are joining forces to open the largest coliving centre in Spain located on Calle Alcalá. The centre will open its doors in the third quarter of 2023.
The project is made up of two adjoining buildings that span a total surface area of 2,900 m2, and that will be fully managed by Habyt. The coliving centre will consist of 128 rooms and will offer completely flexible rental conditions for medium and long-term stays.
