The property developer Habitat Inmobiliaria closed 2022 with a net profit of 14.3 million euros, up by 24% compared to 2021. In addition, the company obtained a gross operating result (EBITDA) of 12.6 million euros, which represents an interannual increase of 13.5%.
Last year, the promoter delivered more than 800 homes, up by 10% compared to 2021, which allowed it to obtain a turnover of 203 million euros. In this sense, Habitat hopes to continue the positive performance of its business in 2023, increasing deliveries by 40% compared to 2022.
