Habitat Inmobiliaria has recently purchased a new plot of land in the town of Mairena de Aljarafe (Sevilla), whereby reinforcing the property developer’s commitment to the area.
The new land acquired by Habitat spans more than 23,000 m2 and has a buildable space of more than 10,000 m2 for the development of over 100 homes. Thus, in total, the company now owns almost 100,000 m2 of land and more than 40,000 m2 of buildable space in the town, which will allow it to develop more than 400 homes.
