The Andalucían company Cartuja I, which forms part of Grupo San José, is going to build the Vega III residential complex comprising 177 homes for the property developer Vía Célere.
The residential complex is going to be located in Hacienda Cabello in Málaga and will have a constructed surface area of 19,000 m2 distributed across two buildings. It will comprise 177 homes, 217 parking spaces and common areas such as a swimming pool, gym, etc.
Cartuja I has specialised in the execution of both public and private projects throughout Andalucía for more than 30 years. Currently, it is undergoing a phase of geographical expansion with projects in Madrid, Barcelona and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
