The Cordoba-based firm Grupo Puma has acquired a 30,000-square-metre plot of land in the Dos Hermanas business and commercial park.
The company, which produces and markets construction materials, plans to build a factory and warehouse for dry mortar, paint and surface treatments on the land, as well as laboratories and offices, according to the newspaper ABC de Sevilla.
The factory to be built will cover approximately 13,500 square metres and the total investment in the project will amount to five million euros. The expected completion time is one and a half years.
