The hotel company Grupo Myr has closed the purchase of the old Banco de Valencia data center from the Aragonese family office Bancalé, according to several local media reports.
Myr plans to convert the building into its fifth hotel in the capital of the Community of Valencia. The property spans 6,000 square meters and contains a parking lot.
