The Mallorcan group MAC is going to operate the Surfing Playa complex, owned by the fund Elaia Investment Spain, on a lease basis. The complex is an aparthotel made up of 74 apartments, located in Santa Ponsa (Mallorca).
The complex, which occupies a total area of 3,343 m2 and which was renovated to the highest standards in 2018, comprises seven buildings situated around an outdoor pool set within a large garden area. The 74 apartments are fully equipped and each have a kitchen, living room and bedroom.
