The Sevilla-based property developer Grupo GS concluded 2021 with a total of 480 managed homes, 36% more than during the previous year.
Looking ahead to 2022, the company has announced its debut in Granada and various places along the Costa del Sol, as well as its consolidation in Madrid and Cádiz. As a whole, it plans to generate a turnover of 90 million euros in 2022, according to the company’s president, José Luis Vera Carrillo.
