Grupo GS has been shopping in the Andalucían capital. The real estate developer has acquired land for the construction of Residencial GS Cavestany, its next project in Sevilla, which will go on sale once the building work has been completed, in approximately 18 months time.
The new residential property will comprise 35 homes with one, two and three bedrooms, distributed over five floors. The complex, which is located in a prime area of the regional capital, has a garage, storage rooms, swimming pool, community area and solarium, and all of the homes will have a patio area or terrace. This new development stands out for its optimisation of the different spaces and for the availability of unique apartments such as penthouses and first-floor homes with gardens.
