The property developer specialising in luxury homes, Grupo Abu, has acquired one of the most attractive plots of land in the city of Sevilla, where it plans to build 176 exclusive homes for a total investment of around 70 million euros.
The acquired plot is situated in the area of the former Santa Bárbara military warehouses, in a privileged location in the Nervión neighbourhood.
