A residential operation has been closed. The American manager Greystar has completed the acquisition of 2,500 serviced apartments in Madrid from the fund King Street.
The portfolio is made up of three residential buildings, all of which are still under construction, in Rivas, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Valdebebas, according to Expansion. The three projects will have a gym, coworking area, swimming pool, green areas and concierge. The apartments are expected to begin welcoming residents between November 2022 and July 2023.
