Goodman acquires 108,500 m2 of land in Madrid for €37 million to build logistics complex

Goodman will begin work on three buildings on the 108,457 -square-metre site of the former Iveco-Pegaso factory during the first quarter of 2021.

Goodman has acquired 108,457 square metres of land on the grounds of the former Iveco-Pegaso factory, near the Madrid Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport, to build a from that had been owned by the GreenOak fund for 37 million euros.

The deal marks Goodman’s largest acquisition of land on continental Europe. The company expects that work on the project, which will be called the Goodman Madrid Gate, will begin in the first quarter of 2021, according an article in El Economista.
