The investor and logistics developer GLP has reached an agreement with Romar Global Care to build and lease a 50,401 square metre turnkey building. This is GLP’s first logistics investment in the Community of Valencia.
The objective of the project is to double Romar Care’s storage capacity and so the warehouse will be used for the production, storage and distribution of its products. Under the name G-Park Sagunto, the company dedicated to personal and home care has agreed that GLP will develop a turnkey facility that is already being built on a plot spanning almost 80,000 square metres. For Romar Care, criteria such as the avant-garde design and strategic location have been key in choosing G-Park Sagunto.
