GLP, the manager and developer of logistics spaces, has announced that it has started work on the construction of the first logistics warehouse in Magna Park Tauro (Illescas).
This macro logistics park, which comprises a single plot spanning 286,000 m2, will allow for the construction of XXL warehouses, including one speculative building alongside various turnkey operations. Once completed, the park will comprise state-of-the-art facilities spanning more than 180,000 m2.
