GLP has announced a new operation in G-Park Sagunto that includes the leasing of 50,000 m2 and the development of an additional 35,000 m2. The project is the manager’s first logistics investment in the Community of Valencia and it will result in a gross leasable area of more than 85,000 m2.
GLP has reached an agreement with an established industrial company for the construction and rental of a turnkey building measuring 50,401 m2, built on a plot of land spanning 79,040 m2. The project will be used for the production, storage and distribution of products. This milestone involves the leasing of more than half of the park, which is expected to be operational during the fourth quarter of 2022.
