Through Generali Real Estate, Generali has sold one of the most iconic properties on Barcelona’s Gran Vía to the Spanish real estate group Conren Tramway for an amount that has not yet been disclosed.
Located at numbers 129-131 on the important thoroughfare in the city of Barcelona, the building spans a surface area of 8,606 square metres distributed over 13 floors and has more than 100 parking spaces.
