Gavari has invested 5.89 million euros in Madrid in the purchase of two residential buildings.
The Socimi specialising in high yield value-add residential transactions in Madrid and Málaga has closed the acquisition of an asset on Calle Molino de Viento 29, in the Malasaña neighbourhood, and Calle San Marcelo 23, in the Ventas neighbourhood.
