Funds concentrated their investments in the living segment to get ahead of the rise in interest rates and the geopolitical risks resulting from the international macroeconomic context. That is one of the conclusions of The Living Property Telescope, the latest publication from EY’s real estate team in Spain.
Inertia drove investment to reach 2021 investment figures by the end of the third quarter of 2022 (1.8 billion euros), but the market is losing momentum, according to the consultancy.
