Franklin Templeton is continuing its shopping spree: its latest acquisition is a development located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona), an asset that it has bought from AQ Acentor, the developer that is building it. The operation represents Franklin Templeton’s debut in the rental housing market in Spain.
According to Expansión, the residential complex comprises 83 two- and three-bedroom units that will be ready for occupancy at the end of 2022. The asset is a protected housing development with services such as a swimming pool and green areas. AQ Acentor, the developer owned by the German group Aquila Capital, will be charged with marketing the subsidised homes.
