After two years of uncertainty in the real estate market due to the Covid health crisis, this is the highest figure for ten years and shows the strong recovery of the sector, according to Ep. The percentage of foreign buyers in Spain is clearly following a growing trend, exceeding the 14.6% registered in the previous quarter.
