Exan Group has acquired the property that used to house the Casa Patas flamenco show in Madrid.
The asset, which has a total constructed surface area of 1,465 m2, distributed over the basement, ground floor and three upper storeys, is located at number 10 Calle de los Cañizares, in the Embajadores neighbourhood.
