Sources at the General Council of Real Estate Agents (CGCOAPI) have warned today that the latest Government decree issued on 11 April «opens the door to affecting privately-owned homes and that may only be done through expropriation processes.»

Those were the words of Gerard Duelo, President of the CGCOAPI, who clarified that the regulations «have a direct impact on the right to private property and there is no description of the link between the health crisis and the recipients of the aid program”.
